How to read this
Sales that came from a source aren't proof its ads created extra sales. Some of those people would have joined anyway. Free sources stay out of the cost columns, so paid cost isn't diluted.
Attendance by source isn't shown
Grace Liu (Bayview) and Ruth Adeyemi (Lakewood) don't share tour attendance, so tours that came in can't be counted by source without leaving locations out.
The 95 without tags count toward their source but can't be traced to a campaign or an ad. Website, referral and walk-in inquiries don't need tags; they count by how the person arrived.
Search ads in place of some paid social
In October, search ads booked tours for $45 each and paid social for $50. A 4-week test at Oakmont and Pinecrest would show whether that holds. Both have room for more tours and run their own ad accounts.
Saving doesn't send anything or change any spend.
